Urban planner

Vision EIS Consulting Pvt. Ltd is currently recruiting Urban Planners (with 1-2 yrs experience) for ‘Preparation of Housing for All Plan of Action (HFAPoA) under PMAY’, in Uttar Pradesh and Odisha. The profile will largely involve coordination with government officials, supervision of ongoing field work, managing and analyzing collected data, meetings with Client, preparation of technical reports, and relaying of information to Vision EIS HQ office. The candidates will be stationed in Bhubaneswar (for PMAY Odisha) and in Lucknow (for PMAY Uttar Pradesh), for the duration of the project.

Minimum educational qualification required is a Masters degree in Planning (except Transport Planning). If applying for PMAY Odisha, fluency in conversational Odiya is desired (but not mandatory). Candidates having previous experience on centrally or state-sponsored housing schemes (including PMAY, RAY, JnNURM-BSUP, JnNURM-IHSDP etc) will be preferred.
